Prices and VAT
All prices on this website are in £'s sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. If we have any prices changes and not amended the website prior to your order, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability.

Returns Policy
Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasise in our business.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Need to Return a Product
To return a product to Avon Trailer & Towbar Centre, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting us at admin@avontrailers.co.uk, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)

In general, Avon Trailers accepts returns of products within 7 days of delivery acceptance.
ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all delivery charges back to Avon Trailers on returned items, and Avon Trailers will pay the delivery charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back to you.
